About Me
I'm a dedicated soccer coach with 10 years of experience within the football industry. I am an USSF C licensed coach with experience of working at The University of Alabama in Huntsville (NCAA DII) under Head Coach John Carrier. Additionally I have experience working with individual player development at NOW Soccer Academy and as a Head Coach at NOW FC. During this offseason I have spent my time as an Intern with Huntsville City FC (MLSNEXT Pro).Along with my Completing the USSF C-License I also Hold a certification in Tactical Analysis and High Performance Coaching from the Football Science Institute (FSI). Finally a Certification in Individual Development and Analysis from the Association of Professional Football Analysts (APFA) I am still continuing my coaching education at USSF, and have applied for the UEFA B-License Course with the Welsh FA.
My Philosophy
My beliefs are that we as coaches are responsible for instilling, illustrating, and holding the values of our team to highest standard, I believe that though the use of communication, trust, planning, patience, adaptability, and the constant pursuit of learning we can get the best out of ourselves in turn helping get the best out of our players.
